Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit vyziotek.com, how it is used and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Each site in our network has its own privacy policy.

1. Who is responsible

This website is run by Vyziotek, a company established and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question or request, email info@vyziotek.com.

2. Information we do not collect

You don’t need an account to use this site, and there are no sign-ups, newsletters or comment forms. Our contact form does not send or store anything on this website: it simply opens your own email app with your message ready to send.

3. Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the visit. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working and are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for those purposes.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they view, roughly where they are (country or city level), what device and browser they use and how they found us. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies, listed in our cookie policy. We do not use Google Analytics to identify individual visitors, and Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are only set if you agree to them in the consent message shown on your first visit.

5. Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and measure how ads perform. With your consent, ads may be personalised based on your previous visits to this and other websites.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a Google-certified consent message before personalised ads or analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time using the Privacy & cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ad Settings, and learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

6. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use this only to reply and to handle your request, and we keep it for as long as needed for that and for reasonable business records. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

7. Why we use information

  • To run, secure and improve the website.
  • To show ads that fund our free tools, with consent where the law requires it.
  • To understand how the site is used, with consent where the law requires it.
  • To reply to messages and handle requests.

We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are legitimate interest (keeping the site secure and working, replying to messages) and consent (analytics and personalised advertising).

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider (Hostinger), Google (analytics and advertising) and our email provider (Google Workspace). Some of these providers process data outside your country, with the safeguards the law requires.

9. Children

This site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your choices and rights

  • Change your cookie choices at any time with the Privacy & cookie settings link in the footer, or block and delete cookies in your browser.
  • Opt out of personalised ads in Google Ad Settings.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use and to withdraw consent.

To make a request, email info@vyziotek.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add new features. The date at the top shows the latest version.

12. Contact
